Nice place, I really enjoyed very helpful personnel.
It was a traditional building, the rooms were clean. The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus...

During my recent business trip to Marrakesh, I had the pleasure of staying at Riad L'Escale De Marrakech, which was chosen by my director. This charming guesthouse offers a range of recreational amenities, including a delightful children's pool. It was a joy to unwind and soak up the sun in this peaceful oasis after a long day of meetings.
Nothing to be said.

The main courtyard area was a riot of beautiful tiles and carvings. The staff, led by Adil and Souad, were the real bonus. It felt like the Real Morocco, not too far from the center but also near the countryside.
Oh, the pleasure of being quite far away from the marketplaces of Marrakech. How delightful.

I chose Riad L'Escale De Marrakech solely for its proximity to Jemaa el-Fnaa, but I was pleasantly surprised by the additional features at this guesthouse, including concierge services and complimentary babysitting/childcare. The free WiFi throughout the property was a great convenience, and I especially enjoyed having a refreshing drink from the poolside bar.
The pool at Riad L'Escale De Marrakech was not usable as it was always very cold. Despite requesting it to be heated for just one day, this was not possible.

The courtyard is a beautiful explosion of Moroccan design, the roof terrace is divine, and the staff are the best thing about this place!
Who needs to be close to the marketplaces when you can have a 14-minute taxi ride and enjoy the lovely sewage smell upon arrival?

The flexibility of meal times and the staff were second to none. If we needed to leave early they made our breakfast to a time that suited us. On one day there was some construction work going on so they gave us our food and drink for free. They greeted us with tea and cookies and gave us a tour of the riad. The interiors are mind-blowing, beautifully decorated and the patio creates a jaw-dropping mystic atmosphere. The room was super spacious with stunning decorations and carvings on the ceiling. The staff, especially Youssef and Souada, were extremely warm and attentive to all our needs. The owners were lovely and provided us with great tips to make the most of our stay. The location is excellent, with easy access and close to the city's hub. The staff were professional, friendly, and eager to assist. The hotel has a traditional style with beautiful decor. The food served on the rooftop was excellent, and the hotel is situated in a quiet residential area.
